estate in Dahlewitz

The Dahlewitz estate, which has been unused for years, is located south of Berlin in Blankenfelde-Mahlow. After the takeover by the Berner Group Berlin, we have been allowed to apply our interim use concept since July 2020 until the start of the project.

International and national artists live and work on the estate during the summer months and create a small village. Furthermore, music video and film shoots and various art and cultural events with the up-and-coming art association Studio Huette eV take place on the site.
