Anna Zachariades has been studying fine arts/sculpture at the Kunsthochschule Weißensee since 2021.

Her work is characterized by the involvement of versatile materials and an exploration of their potential relationships. By combining heavy materials such as stone and metal with elements like blown glass, a continuous and fluid dialogue is created. The pressure and adjustment of subjects, as well as the examination of power relations and counteracting forces, are topics often present in their work. The current sculpture presented at Culterim reflects upon the promise of success and the idea of progress.
