Located right next to Leipzig Central Station, we converted a floor of the former job center into a  studio house with a total of 12 long-term studios. The private studios range in size from 14 to 48 square meters and feature fixed skylights, natural light, electricity, heating, an elevator, Wi-Fi, and common areas. The carpet is removable!

The studios start at €210 (VAT-free), including utilities (excluding electricity) and internet. Sanitary facilities and a kitchen are included in the unit. Contracts are open-ended with a three-month notice period. Artists are permitted to work in the studios around the clock.
