Within the Berliner Ring next to the Kaiserdamm underground station and the Messe Nord/ICC ring station is another studio project of our cultural interim use concept. We offer private studios for at least 6 months with the possibility of extension.

The rent is 10€/m2 including all utilities. No VAT required. The cost of the common areas of a unit is divided by the number of studios. It is allowed to share the studio with other people. The private studios are located in a shared studio apartment. They are clean and dry, have natural light and are in a work-ready condition. All studios have access to sanitary facilities. The contracts are permanent after 6 months with a notice period of 2 months. All forms of art are welcome, preferably artists who have a clean work process. The artists are allowed to work in the studios 24/7.

The studio apartments are for sale and are occasionally viewed.
